REGULATIONS FOR Event Venue

“Party”

The subject of these Regulations is to establish the rules of using the designated infrastructure and area of the part of Szczecin Dąbie Airport, ul. Przestrzenna 10, 70-800 Szczecin Dąbie, hereinafter referred to as the “Event Venue”.

The organiser of the employee Event is: AUTODOC Logistics Sp. z o.o. based in Szczecin, ul. Kablowa 1, 70-895 Szczecin, hereinafter, “Organiser”. Participants of the Event, hereinafter “Participants”, have the right to be in the Event Venue from the moment the Event Venue is made available for their use until the end of the Event, in accordance with point 1 a of these regulations.

Every person in the Event Venue is required to observe and act in accordance with the provisions of these regulations.

  1. In the Event Venue, it IS PROHIBITED:
  1. to stay outside the hours of the Event, which are
    30.08.2025 from 16:00 pm until 31.08.2025 to 01:00 am,
  2. to enter restricted areas, i.e. the stage, backstage and other areas set aside for artists and Event staff without proper ID,
  3. to enter and leave the Event Venue outside the designated areas and to enter areas of the Event Venue that are excluded from use by participants and to which only authorised persons have access,
  4. to destroy and vandalise any equipment, furniture, or parts of the infrastructure of the Event Venue,
  5. to leave rubbish in unauthorised places,
  6. to smoke, especially cigarettes, e-cigarettes, including nicotine-free cigarettes, in places not intended for this purpose,
  7. to relieve oneself in places not intended for this purpose,
  8. to bring animals into the Event Venue,
  9. to enter the Event Venue with any vehicles, with the exception of emergency vehicles, technical service vehicles, and vehicles with special permission issued by the Organiser,
  10. to bring in items deemed by the security services to be dangerous, in particular glass containers, explosives, pyrotechnics, firearms, gas weapons, other incapacitating agents, sharp-edged or cutting tools and blunt instruments capable of inflicting bodily harm, in particular knives, scissors and baseball bats,
  11. to bring in alcoholic beverages,
  12. to bring in or use any flying devices,
  13. to leave personal belongings – including, in particular, backpacks/bags – unattended. The Organiser is not responsible for items left/lost during the Event,
  14. to carry out, without the written consent of the Organiser, any activities aiming at or aimed directly or indirectly at using the fact of the Event and the presence of the Participants for purposes other than the purpose of the Event itself. This includes commercial, marketing, advertising, informational, canvassing, recruitment, organisational or claim-related activities, such as setting up stands, distributing leaflets or hanging posters or other materials, which could disrupt the Event or alter its character or purpose.
  15. to consume alcohol in places where it is not permitted,
  16. to bring in and consume drugs, psychotropic substances, and other intoxicants,
  17. to engage in indecent behaviour.
  1. Each Participant is obliged to carry a company ID (with name, ID number and plastic access card) and to show it at any request of persons designated by the Organiser to ensure the proper conduct of the Event “Security Service”. Persons without a company ID will not be allowed into the Event area or will be escorted out of the Event Venue.
  2. Persons violating these Regulations may be subject to criminal or misdemeanour proceedings, or be liable for damages in the event of damage to or destruction of elements of the infrastructure or event space, in accordance with generally applicable law and these Regulations.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to inspect items brought by Participants into the Event Venue, including verification of the contents of personal items, in particular backpacks/bags. On behalf of the Organiser, these checks will be carried out by the Security Service – Event security staff.
  4. Participants of the Event are required to behave in a manner that does not endanger the safety of others present at the Event.
  5. Participants of the Event are obliged to strictly comply with the regulations of the Event zones – displayed within the respective zones or with the help of individual equipment.
  6. Participants of the Event are obliged to strictly comply with the instructions of the Security Service, in particular, the security or external law enforcement agencies, the police, etc.
  7. In the event of an evacuation, Event Participants are obliged to strictly obey the instructions given by the Security Service conducting the evacuation.
  8. The Organiser reserves the right to remove from the Event Venue any person who does not comply with these regulations, or who acts in a manner that endangers their own or other participants’ lives or health, or threatens damage to or loss of property, or contravenes generally applicable law or the principles of social coexistence.
  9. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to the Event Venue or remove persons who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants and are behaving aggressively or in a provocative or indecent manner.

Rights and obligations of the SECURITY SERVICE during the Event:

  1. Checking company IDs at the entrance to the Event Venue and throughout the Event to confirm eligibility to attend. If a person is not authorised, they will either not be allowed into the venue or will be escorted out.
  2. Checking the contents of items brought into the Event Venue, including personal items such as backpacks and bags. These checks will be carried out if there is suspicion that a person is bringing in or possesses items referred to in points 1. j) and k) of these Regulations, clothing checks might also be required. Controls are carried out at the entrance and, in justified cases, during the Event within the venue.
  3. Identifying participants on the basis of an identity document to ensure compliance with generally applicable laws and to ensure the safety of Event participants. This will also facilitate cooperation with law enforcement authorities, particularly the police, and other services, particularly emergency services, including ambulance services.
  4. Issuing orders to participants who are disturbing public order or behaving contrary to these regulations. In the event of failure to comply with such orders, participants will be summoned to leave the Event or be escorted out of the Event Venue.
  5. Intervening with individuals posing an immediate threat to human life, health or protected property, with a view to handing them over to the relevant authorities, particularly the police, as soon as possible. Such interventions should be carried out in accordance with generally applicable legal provisions.
  6. Escorting out of the Event space, persons who refuse to submit to control activities, do not follow the instructions of the security service, or violate the provisions of these Regulations.

ORGANISER
